Computational Fracture, Fatigue and Damage Modeling

The symposium will focus on talks related to Phase-field modeling of fracture, fatigue and damage behavior in engineering materials, under coupled physics environment; examples may include but not limited to- phase-field modeling of bio-medical implants degradation under physio-chemical environment; Phase-field fracture of polymeric materials under photo or thermo-oxidative aging condition; chemo-mechanical fracture in battery-phase field model, hydrogen embrittlement in metals, corrosion based fracture in concrete- application of phase-field method etc.
